Course Description:
In this beginner course students learn basic drawing techniques. Starting with grid drawing and eventually advancing to using simple shapes to reproduce more difficult subjects. Students experiment with a variety of drawing tools, learning the correct use of dry mediums including Charcoal, Pastel, "Prismacolor" and more.

Complex Drawing
Dry Media Drawing Instructor: Tami Hughes
Ages 12+
Course Description:
The course covers the reproduction of subject matter ranging from still life, nature, perspective, human forms, photographs, and the imagination. Learn the correct use of dry mediums including Charcoal, Pastel, "Prismacolor" and more. Students are offered the opportunity to participate in a variety of local and national drawing competitions, some with cash prizes.
